What is My PriMOREwards?

The JavaPrimo team is proud to introduce you to MY PriMOREwards - where you can earn points each time you shop or dine at JavaPrimo. In addition members will receive bonus offers from time to time.

How do I get started?

There are several ways to join My PriMOREwards.

  • Give the cashier your phone number at the register. You will receive a text message with a link to complete your online profile
  • Text "join" to 501-365-2835

Is there a JavaPrimo mobile app?

Yes! You can download the JavaPrimo app from the App Store or Google Play Store. The JavaPrimo app is the best way to track your points, see available rewards, and get notifications about offers and specials.

What is the difference between an offer and a reward?

An offer is a bonus sent to you for being a My PriMOREwards member. It can be based upon purchase history, profile settings, local events, and more. The most common offer arrives annually for your birthday. Offers have an expiration date generally between 7 and 14 days though some may be for shorter or longer durations.

 

A reward is redeemed based upon the number of points you have earned. Rewards can be redeemed in increments of $5, $10, or $15.

Is it important to complete my profile?

Yes! It is quick and easy to complete your profile online or from our app. After your profile is complete you will receive an offer for a free small iced latte. Completion of your profile will also allow us to send you customized offers for your birthday, anniversary, and MORE!

How does my PriMOREwards work?

It is FREE to join. You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food, beverages (excludes alcohol), catering, or merchandise. After you reach 100 points, you will have a reward for $5 off your next order. Each time you shop or dine at JavaPrimo, provide your registered phone number to the cashier to earn points for your visit. You will also receive a special surprise for your birthday plus other offers and promotions throughout the year.

Are there any Exclusions?

  • In accordance with local laws, points are not awarded and rewards cannot redeemed for any alcoholic beverage.
  • Points are awarded on gift cards at the time of purchase. Points are NOT awarded when gift cards are redeemed.
  • Offers and rewards cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
  • Offers and rewards sent via e-mail or through the JavaPrimo app will include all Terms and Conditions which will list any exclusions or requirements specific to that offer or reward.
  • Offers and rewards cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

My PriMOREwards

How do I know when I have a reward or offer?

  • If you have the JavaPrimo app you will receive a notification on your phone when you have a new offer available.  If you are not receiving notifications on your phone make sure that your device is enabled to receive push notifications.
  • You will receive an e-mail notification when a new offer is available. 
  • All available offers or rewards can be viewed in the JavaPrimo app or by logging into your account online by clicking this link: Log into my PriMOREwards account.
  • At the time of purchase the cashier can tell you what offers or rewards are available for your order.   
  • After each visit you will receive an e-mail that will include the number of points you have accrued and also any available offers or rewards. 

How do I know how many points I have?

You can track your points at any time in the JavaPrimo app or by logging into your account online by clicking this link: Log into my PriMOREwards account. Each time you visit JavaPrimo you will receive an e-mail notification recapping the points earned during your visit and your total available points plus any offers you have available.

How many points do I need to earn before I redeem a reward?

Once you have 100 points you will be eligible for a $5 reward. You can redeem that reward on any future visit. If you continue to earn points without redeeming a reward, you can redeem your points for a larger reward. At 200 points you can redeem for a $10 reward or at 300 points you can redeem for a $15 reward.

When do my points expire?

Points expire after 365 days of account inactivity.

What if I forget to add my points at the register?

E-mail a copy of your receipt along with your registered phone number and name to: contact@javaprimo.com. Requests are processed in the order received and may take up to 30 days.

Can I use multiple offers or reward on one transaction?

No. Each transaction is limited to one offer or reward. Points are awarded on the purchase total after the offer or reward has been applied.

How do I redeem my rewards or offers?

Go into your local cafe and simply provide your phone number at the register and tell the cashier that you would like to redeem your reward or offer.

Do I earn points on catering purchases?

Yes. Points are awarded on catering purchases.

Do I earn points when I purchase a gift card?

Yes. Points are awarded when you purchase gift cards in your local cafe.. Gift cards make great gifts for family, friends, and business associates....and you get rewarded for these purchases.

 

Points are NOT awarded when gift cards are redeemed.

My Profile Information

How do you use my information included in my profile?

We use your information to send you offers that we think you will enjoy. Your information is used only by JavaPrimo. We do NOT sell or share your information with any third parties.

Why do you ask for my birthday?

We ask for your birthday so we can celebrate your with a special offer on your birthday.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your profile through the app or by logging into your account account online by clicking this link: Log into my PriMOREwards account.

How do I close my account?

If you need to close your account, please e-mail us at: contact@javaprimo.com.

How do I contact you with inquiries or questions?

Please e-mail any inquires or questions to us at: contact@javaprimo.com. Please be sure to include your name, your registered phone number, and as many details about your question as possible. Your inquiry will be addressed in the order it is received.

Will I be asked to complete a survey?

We want to hear from you. From time to time, we will send you a text thanking you for your visit and asking if you would like to complete a survey. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to ensure we continue to provide you with Primo products and service!
